蒸發器:
蒸(zheng)發器是冰(bing)(bing)片生成的位置,整個制冷系統(tong)中的制冷劑通(tong)過蒸(zheng)發器內(nei)(nei)壁,與水(shui)進行熱交(jiao)換會吸收大量熱,使蒸(zheng)發器內(nei)(nei)壁表面流過水(shui)急劇降溫到(dao)結(jie)冰(bing)(bing)點溫度就會瞬(shun)間結(jie)冰(bing)(bing)。
給水循環裝置:
給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)循環包括(kuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)、抽(chou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵、浮(fu)球閥(fa)、供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)路、散(san)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)盤(pan)(pan)、接(jie)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)盤(pan)(pan),導致(zhi)槽(cao)以及流(liu)量開關。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的流(liu)動(dong)路線是外界水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源接(jie)入(ru)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)進(jin)入(ru)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)有浮(fu)球閥(fa)控制水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位。通過水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)的抽(chou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵沿著管(guan)(guan)路將(jiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)引到制冰器的上(shang)端蓋,從(cong)頂部進(jin)入(ru)散(san)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)盤(pan)(pan),將(jiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)均勻分配給(gei)各個三水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)。可通過調節水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)量調節閥(fa),控制散(san)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)盤(pan)(pan)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位,保證蒸發器結冰充分,在內(nei)壁上(shang)未結冰的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)落在接(jie)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)盤(pan)(pan)上(shang),流(liu)入(ru)導流(liu)槽(cao),匯入(ru)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)再次循環。
刮冰部分:
主軸上下端伸出的(de)支架(jia)固(gu)定的(de)刮冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)刀沿著(zhu)蒸(zheng)發器內(nei)壁進行冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)層切割(ge)運(yun)動,將達到一(yi)定厚度的(de)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)剝離(li)內(nei)壁,形成均勻形狀的(de)片冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)落處制冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)器的(de)落冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)口。兩種刮冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)刀,螺旋冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)刀、耙式冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)刀,都可(ke)滿足刮冰(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)的(de)功能。
主軸驅動:
主軸低速(su)轉(zhuan)動使由帶有電(dian)機減速(su)器帶動的(de)。

片冰機出冰原理:
當制冷(leng)(leng)系統正常工(gong)作(zuo)后(hou)(hou),制冷(leng)(leng)工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(制冷(leng)(leng)劑)通(tong)(tong)過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮變(bian)成高(gao)溫高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),再流入冷(leng)(leng)凝器與外界換熱(re),放出(chu)熱(re)量變(bian)成高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)液(ye)態工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),流經過濾器過濾后(hou)(hou)通(tong)(tong)過膨脹閥降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降溫為(wei)汽(qi)(qi)液(ye)混合狀態,然后(hou)(hou)進入蒸(zheng)發(fa)器,與蒸(zheng)發(fa)器內壁上的水進行(xing)熱(re)交(jiao)換,吸(xi)收(shou)大量的熱(re),使水急劇(ju)降到結冰點以(yi)下溫度,瞬速結冰。此時制冷(leng)(leng)工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)經過吸(xi)收(shou)熱(re)量后(hou)(hou)蒸(zheng)發(fa)成為(wei)氣態,被吸(xi)入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機內進行(xing)循環(huan),從而(er)實現循環(huan)制冷(leng)(leng)。
片冰機(ji)正常工(gong)作后(hou),水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)從(cong)水(shui)(shui)箱抽水(shui)(shui)到分(fen)水(shui)(shui)盤,在減(jian)速器的(de)(de)帶(dai)動下,盤內的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)均勻的(de)(de)噴(pen)灑(sa)到冰桶內壁,通過制冷循環系統結成(cheng)冰層,冰刀在減(jian)速器的(de)(de)帶(dai)動下,將冰從(cong)內壁刮下形成(cheng)片冰,落入下部的(de)(de)儲冰柜中以便(bian)儲存待用,未結成(cheng)冰的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)流(liu)入擋水(shui)(shui)板(ban),再流(liu)入水(shui)(shui)箱繼(ji)續(xu)循環,從(cong)而實現連續(xu)制冰的(de)(de)過程。
